I really like the look of the outfit, and the shape of the model. I like the framing of hair, and it all works together in the image. I get the direct impression of the image and expression that she's a survivor of something terrible. But that all aside you have an interesting expression/pose, and unusual location. This is one of those pictures that could tell a story. You have other very interesting photos too.
